THIRD PARTY FIRE & THEFT INSURANCE INCLUDES

Application Requirements

  • Completed and signed Proposal Form 

  • Copy of driver's license and another form of national picture identification 

  • Proof of Address (Example: Utility bill in your name)

  • Nature and place of business/occupation

  • Certified Copy in your name

  • Complete know your customer form

  • Private motor vehicle inspection certificate (for vehicles over 5 years old)

  • Commercial motor vehicle inspection certificate (for vehicles over 1 year old)

  • Politically exposed person declaration form

School Application

Note: Documents must be no more than 3 months old

Reference letter from your foreign banker, if you are not a citizen/resident of Trinidad & Tobago
