OUR CLAIMS PROCESS

 1 
NOTIFICATION OF A CLAIM

STEP ONE

You can report your claim online  here, via telephone or come into any of our branches listed on our contact page.

PROCESS CLAIM

STEP TWO

A claim form must be completed and submitted along with an estimate for repairs.

We can either email you a copy of the relevant claim form for you to complete and email back to us or you can visit one of our offices and one of our claims assistants will assist you in completing the required form.

For Comprehensive cover motor claim, we can further assist by appointing the loss adjuster with some of the insurers.

If you have to make a claim to a Third Party insurer we will assist you in completing the required form,  guide you on all documents required and package this for you to present to the Third party insurers. At times we can assist with this submission.  

Alternatively, you can visit the insurance company office directly and complete the claim form and submit the required documents.

CLOSING CLAIM

STEP THREE

We will monitor and follow up on all motor, comprehensive and none motor insurance claims for you and once we have received an offer of settlement, we will communicate this to you.

If you are not happy with settlement offer we will review it and if we believe that something better can be done we will approach your insurer and negotiate on you behalf seeking a better offer of settlement .  Once you are happy with the offer we will ask the insurer to put through the payment.

When the cheque is ready for collection we will collect it and have it ready for you to collect at any one of our offices or at times we can deliver it to you.

We will not follow up on claims to Third Party insurers if you are Third party covered.
